- IntelliSend: a new mass email merge solution that efficiently sends large mailings using all GoldMine existing settings but runs independently to optimize sending resources on any workstation or server.
- One Click Newsletter Sign-up Hyperlink: a new "One Click Call To Action" hyperlink now permits a quick way to sign-up for your e-mail newsletter. You can specify flagging a contact record field and/or e-mail merge code to flag those joining your mailing list. A corresponding newsletter sign-up confirmation landing page is also provided.
- Success Ratio Reporting: a new feature in the Send/Bounce module will now permit the tracking of the number of emails sent by campaign (net of unsubscribe and undeliverable) enabling the ratio calculation of Opens, Clicks and Web Navigation to number of messages sent. In addition, the Top Opportunity Summary report allows you to score results of tracked data to see top "X" opportunities from any given campaign.
- One Click Bounce Management: for those using the Unified Email SMTP relay service, there is now an option to have your latest bad email file downloaded and have the bounce module launch all from one single mouse click.
- Automated Reporting: allows you to have key various reports delivered by email to those you designate on schedule and covering a time interval you select. Reports currently available include Top Opportunities By Campaign, Click Track Details By Campaign, Digital Body Language (WebNav clients only) and Unsubscribe.
Forward To A Friend: link allows new names to be captured to your database while forwarding your messages and having the new contacts tracked for interest - SMTP Relay Service: we now bundle an SMTP relay account with Unified Email to help you with improved deliverability of your messages and power hard bounce email address management. A 5,000 message/month account is included for those using eTrack / WebNav versions of IntelliClick.
- HTML Templates & Editor: a web based HTML editor and assortment of templates provides you with a quick and easy way to prepare templates that can then be used in GoldMine.
