To give you a taste of how powerful the GoldMine Web Import feature is, try submitting to yourself the following form data. Its easy:

Just input your email address and GoldMine username (twice IN ALL CAPS) and press submit. Then check your email account with GoldMine and voila, a new contact with information entered below is now in GoldMine!

NOTE: Must be using GoldMine and have GoldMine setup to recieve emails. A record will be created automatically if your GoldMine settings are set to import leads automatically if not then you'll need to manually import the lead by clicking on the web import icon when you open the email (see image).

If the lead is a new entry in the database you'll receive a GoldMine email notifying you of a new lead. If the lead entered is a duplicate (already exists in database) then you'll recieve a GoldMine email notifying you of a Dup, in addition it will simply attach the web import file to the already existing record. It is possible to update fields when a Duplicate is found, for further information about all the features of web import, request to speak to a representative today.
