Overview 

The wMobile product enables users to have live wireless access to a GoldMine based CRM system from their handheld device.

wMobile contains full contact management features enabling a user to review existing CRM information as well as to provide updates on the fly.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT wMobile provides your users with secure access to all contact information stored in GoldMine. It is quick and easy to find, edit and add contacts and related information. .   View Video   FAST FLEXIBLE CONTACT SEARCH Users can search for companies and contacts using any portion of the company or contact name. Searches can be limited by city and state to reduce the number of results from large databases.   View Video CUSTOMIZED INFORMATION SCREENS wMobile automatically inherits existing customizations from your GoldMine system. An administrator designer console is included to allow additional customization of the wMobile user interface. DASHBOARD REPORTING Quickly review key statistics from the GoldMine system. A dashboard displays information such as the number of completed activities and new contacts added to the database. Users can drill down to see underlying detail information. View Video ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT wMobile allows users to quickly review, update, add and complete activities with immediate update of the organizations GoldMine database. Users can schedule and review activities for other team members. Activities completed in wMobile are instantly available for managers and other users to review in GoldMine.   View Video SALES FORECAST MANAGEMENT Users can enter and manage sales forecasts in wMobile. Forecasts entered in wMobile are instantly accessible to any sales forecast reports and analysis perfomed in GoldMine.   View Video MAPS, DIRECTIONS AND PROXIMITY SEARCH wMobile displays your contacts location on a map, it generates directions to the contact and shows which contacts are in close proximity to the contact.

Network Security Configuration

wMobile may require firewall configuration, VPN configuration or other methods to provide access from remote devices.  wMobile will by default work over HTTP port 80 as a standard web application.  wMobile supports DMZ configuration,  HTTPS / SSL Encrypted connections, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and similar security tools.

Mobile Device Support

wMobile supports all devices that include an internet browser.  Popular supported devices include all telephone operating systems by BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Palm, iPhone and  Symbian. 

PC Browser support.

wMobile supports all PC internet browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera for mobile accessing a full PC rather than a mobile phone.
