All user pricing is for concurrent
users, i.e., the number of users actually connected
to HelpDesk at any one time. This gives much more
flexibility and value than is afforded by 'named'
user licensing.
Premium Support option, includes the following:
- 20 Hours of telephone and email technical support
during the contract year.
- FREE upgrades for ONE YEAR. All upgrades,
including new features in our basic program,
will be provided at no cost. At least one
feature upgrade is guaranteed during your contract
year.
- FREE access to our Hot Tips On Line Knowledgebase
24/7.
- Special Rate for renewal when purchased on
or before expiratioin date.
