My HelpDesk is a "new way to start your HelpDesk day". My HelpDesk gives you a 'starting point' and a personal view of your HelpDesk world. At a single glance or with no more than a click away, you can know such things as:

  • How many current inquires are open that are assigned to me, to my department, or to everyone?

  • How many inquiries were started or finished today by me, by my department, or by anyone?

  • See a graphic breakdown of inquiries by priority in your department or by everyone.

  • See a graphic breakdown of inquiries by user in your department or by everyone.

  • See a list of the last 10 inquiries you opened and/or worked on.

  • See a list of the last 10 inquiries you started, or that anyone started.

  • See a list of known issues started, worked on, or finished by just you or by anyone.

  • See a list of the last 10 Hot Tips added to the Hot Tips knowledgebase.

  • Set and see personal reminders, with alarms, that you can use for your own use.

  • Build personal launch pads to include your favorite Internet links or local programs.

  • View the Bulletin Board System (BBS). See which boards have new messages and launch the BBS from "My HelpDesk".

  • Maintain and access a personal notepad that you can use for any purpose desired.

My HelpDesk is configurable with both personal and global properties. An administrator can decide what elements to include and what to exclude. Individuals can build their own launch pads and administrators can include global items that will appear globally for all, along with the personal selections.

My HelpDesk is designed to be flexible and expandable. Based on our own development and feedback from our users, the choices of what to display statistically will depend on what YOU tell us you'd like to see. Then each administrator can include what works and is best for their own company and exclude what is not wanted.
