Well now you can with Call Recorder for GoldMine. Like all Papillon Technology computer telephony products Call Recorder is seamlessly integrated with GoldMine, making it straightforward and easy to use. If you want to record a call simply click the record option from the icon in your system tray. Recording your telephone calls is a breeze. You can choose to record every call or just record on demand.

All recordings are assigned a unique reference number and automatically linked to your customers GoldMine record through the Links tab, ready for instant replay at any time. Optional settings allow you to add descriptive references to recorded calls which appear on the Links tab and even to schedule follow up actions as a result of the call. Call Recorder for GoldMine will work with any digital or analog telephone handset and is a fraction of the cost of traditional call recording technology.
In order to use Call Recorder for GoldMine all you need is a telephone to make and take calls, a copy of GoldMine, and a PC or Laptop with a soundcard. That’s all you need. Install the Call Recorder software, plug in the small recorder device and you are good to go. You will be recording calls in a few minutes.
You can choose to use Call Recorder as a stand-alone manual call recording solution or as a fully-automated recording solution in conjunction with Tapi Link for GoldMine.
