1. Who can use MMUpdater?
Only
licensed users and new purchasers of MasterMine v5.0 who have current
Annual Maintenance may purchase MM Updater. Furthermore only
GoldMine users with Master access rights may use MM Updater. Licenses
are granted on a user-by-user basis, so only those users with a
separate MM Updater license are enabled to use MM Updater.

Click here to download MMUpdater. Install to the location of your existing MasterMine installation (by default, that is c:\program files\mastermine).
3. What are the System Requirements?
To use MM Updater you must have:
- a licensed copy of MasterMine v5.0 or higher
- current Annual Maintenance on MasterMine
- Master rights in GoldMine
- GoldMine v5.0 or higher

4. When was the current version released?
MM Updater was released for general purchase in June 2006.
5. What does the product cost?
MMUpdater costs $995 for a single-user license, $300 for each additional license.
6. Is Annual Maintenance included?
Annual
maintenance is REQUIRED with MM Updater. Adding MM Updater adds
$199 to your ANNUAL MAINTENANCE cost for MasterMine. Your ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
expiration does not change with your purchase of MM Updater, so the $199
will be prorated in the first year to cover the intervening time
between purchase and your next ANNUAL MAINTENANCE due date.
