SQL minimum: On a SQL system, if the GoldMine seat count is less than 5 seats, the GoldVisionPro license must include at least one of the following options: a) 5 seats of GoldVisionPro; b) minimum annual basic Activation of US$250; c) annual VisionPak-Plus Activation; d) annual Intelli-Tracking Activation.
Annual renewal/activation fee is $100.00/seat license.

Activation Renewal
Annual renewal is required to continue use of the product. Activated/renewed users are eligible for free maintenance releases and free minor-version releases, and upgrade pricing on major-version releases. GoldVisionPro is licensed on either a "stated user/machine" OR "concurrent user" basis. For the "stated user" basis, the total GoldVisionPro seat license count must equal or exceed the greater of the: a) number of users or b) the number of installed machines. Each available session of a multi-session machine (e.g., Terminal Server, Citrix or similar sessions) is considered a separate machine for licensing. The GoldVisionPro seat license must always match or exceed the GoldMine seat license count, up to 25 seats.
