Before purchasing, you must have the GoldBox TRIAL successfully
installed and configured on the system that links GoldBox to GoldMine.
It is highly recommended that you run some tests in the demo -- such as performing
a COUNT MODE Merge-Purge on a Contact File. Once you are confident that GoldBox
will work for your GoldMine system you can then purchase a license, which will
activate your Trial Version into a fully licensed product.
There is a NO RETURN policy on
your GoldBox purchase.
Delivery is by DOWNLOAD ONLY.
This reflects the dynamic nature of the GoldBox program and its F1 Help documentation.
When you apply free updates to your GoldBox system, the F1 documentation is
also updated. For this reason, no printed manual is provided.
The very small download file essentially contains only licensing files. The
download file must be unzipped over the top of your GoldBox demo. When unzipping,
if you are prompted to overwrite, answer Yes to All.
The purchase of GoldBox SEATs is handled separately —and only
AFTER you have purchased a Main GoldBox System. A decision to purchase SEATs
is primarily based upon an intended usage of GoldBox Views, where multiple users
require concurrent access. Generally, if you are not using GoldBox Views, you
do not need to purchase GoldBox SEATs.
You can purchase the BASIC Edition ($295 US) or the PROFESSIONAL
Edition ($595 US) of GoldBox. If you purchase the BASIC Edition, and later
decide that you need the extended capabilities in the PROFESSIONAL Edition,
you can purchase an Upgrade anytime ($350 US).

IMPORT / UPDATE: From outside Source data, you can attach
new records and update existing records in GoldMine's entire data model - which
is more than 40 individual tables. In addition: You can Import into and
Update ANY accessible non-GoldMine data table on your system. This is

EXPORT: Forget about designing complex Queries or intricate
table relations to push data out of GoldMine. GoldBox does all the hard
