MapView offers geographic analysis and tools for GoldMine

MapView allows users to view contacts, schedules, activity history, forecasts and contact groups from a geographic view point.

Product Description

Proximity Search

From MapView a user can quickly and easily identify other GoldMine contacts in close proximity to the current contact.

For instance MapView can answer the question: which customers or prospects in the GoldMine database are the closest to the currently viewed contact?

Activity Analysis

MapView can provide a visualization of activity as logged in GoldMine. For instance all appointments in a sales territory last quarter can be showed as pushpins or aggregate shading.

Routing

MapView can provide instant directions to any contact shown on the map as well as provide step by step directions to the all the appointments on a users GoldMine Calendar.

Sales Forecasts

MapView can plot forecasted sales from GoldMine on a map of a sales territory for analysis. Find out what geographies are producing results!

Groups

MapView can plot contacts contained in GoldMine groups. The user can make selections on the map and send selected contacts back to GoldMine as a new group or additions to an existing group.

Map Images

MapView can link photographs to locations in GoldMine. Users will see a photo pushpin and may view the location image(s) from MapView.
