from the manufacturer, FrontRange Solutions.
In addition, there is "system help" and the GoldMine
Knowledgebase which are FREE. Still, there may be times
when you want a person!
When you want to speak with an expert, you have two
options ... you can purchase GoldMine Support Bundles
from FrontRange or you can use First Direct's help desk services. Which
one is right for you?
