CONCURRENT USER ACCESS
Make the most of your installation by broadening GoldVisionPro access to all your users. This new Activation option lets more users access GoldVisionPro with the same license. Similar to the GoldMine license, this option of GoldVisionPro now tracks unused seats, allowing any user access through any available seat. [standard Stated-user Activation option still available.]

ACCESS YOUR FILES ONLINE
Now offsite/undocked users with an Internet connection can access all the linked files stored at the company site without syncing them all to their local machine/laptop. GoldVisionPro lets you automatically substitute a valid web address for the file path stored in GoldMine, without making any changes to the GoldMine record. This Web-Addressing feature can be toggled on/off as the user works in GoldVisionPro, easily adapting to whichever local/remote environment is currently available.

MASS PROCESSING
Need to make some changes? Want to re-Title or add keyword-indexing to your existing stored documents? Or implement GoldVisionPro's Intelli-File cataloging for backup/archive of your existing linked documents? Or copy/move files to a new location? With the addition of Intelli-Process to the VisionPak-Plus Tool set, GoldVisionPro offers mass-processing capabilities for changing/updating existing link records.

MULTIPLE TITLE LISTS FOR QUICK INDEXING
Titles are a key element in quickly and consistently indexing documents for later retrieval with GoldVisionPro's powerful text search capabilities. GoldVisionPro's drop-down Title List can now be easily customized/selected to match different users/departments [unlimited]. Pressing the F2 key displays a list selection window where the user can preview/select from a variety of Title Lists available on the system. Now the Accounting Department can have a more financial Title List than the Human Resources Department. And the Sales Department doesn't need to use the Office Administration list. Keep your files organized with standardized names by function, department, or any other grouping that fits your business. GoldVisionPro makes categorizing documents a click away!
