for Microsoft Exchange Server links these two applications,
enhancing your organization's productivity and scheduling
capabilities.

- Boost productivity and effectiveness with complete calendar access for GoldMine and Exchange Users, the ability to schedule appointments in either application, and access to GoldMine contacts through Exchange and vice versa
- Maximize your return on investment by spending less time coordinating schedules and looking for contact information, and more time selling
- Calendar synching - Allow Exchange users to schedule meetings with GoldMine users. Meetings automatically appear on the GoldMine user’s calendar, without ever opening GoldMine. Or, schedule an activity in GoldMine, include an Exchange user, and the activity automatically syncs to Exchange.
- Availability checking - Check a user’s availability on his or her GoldMine calendar from within the Exchange scheduling tool in Microsoft Outlook to easily plan meetings and events with GoldMine and Exchange users.
- Open access to contact information - Synchronize GoldMine contact information to a public contacts folder in Exchange to allow Exchange users to see GoldMine contact information.
- Public calendar sharing - Send information from an Exchange public calendar to a GoldMine user’s calendar to keep everyone in the loop.
- Versatile GoldMine access - Access GoldMine contacts, whether you are using GoldMine Corporate Edition or Outlook via an Exchange Server.
- Automatic data transfer - With the server-based synchronization process, data can be transferred automatically without user intervention. Users do not need further training to be able to share their data, regardless of the application they choose.

- GoldMine version: GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 or higher
- GoldMine database: Microsoft SQL ServerTM 2000
- Message queuing: Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) version 2.0 or higher
- Other: Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) version 2.6 or higher
Microsoft Exchange Server
- Operating system: Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (Service Pack 4), Small Business Server 2000 (Service Pack 4) or Windows Server 2003

- Exchange Server: Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server (Service Pack 2) or Microsoft Exchange Server 2003

If you choose not to have a Certified Solutions Partner install your GISME product, FrontRange will not cover technical support for installation issues as a part of your covered Maintenance agreement.
