Using the GoldMine Email Center
What You Need to Know!

 
This training class will explain the differences between using GoldMine for your Internet email versus Outlook with the link to GoldMine.   In addition, this class will include the actual features of the GoldMine Email Center and the Email Client.   There's no denying that GoldMine’s email features have both "pros and cons". In our opinion the “pros” far outweigh the “cons.”  For users who insist on Outlook Integration, we’ve got that too!  

This is a great "beginner" course for those who want to start using GoldMine as their Email Client once their preferences are set up.  It's also an excellent way for a firm's management and IT staff to learn enough about GoldMine's email client to decide the value of implementing it.

Prerequisite: Basic GoldMine end-user abilities. (Add, edit, search for GoldMine contacts.) We will be showing this feature on a GoldMine Premium Edition System. However, nearly all the features we'll be training on apply to GoldMine Corporate and Standard Edition users.

NOTE: If you wish to use GoldMine for Internet Email, your Email/Internet Preferences need to be set-up in order to "send" and "retrieve" email. In addition, we will not have sufficient time in this webinar to fully cover all the technical details, so furhter study or support may be necessary to administer and support Internet Email in GoldMine.
