This new, long awaited feature brings to GoldMine users a whole new set of capabilities for tracking and managing customer support related issues. Case Management is one of the most significant enhancements to the GoldMine product ever.

This web-based training session will take you through the “Ins & Outs” of the functionality that Case Management offers. It’s ideal for new GoldMine Premium Edition owners, as well as GoldMine Corporate Edition users who are considering an upgrade.

Navigating the various views of Cases from the Record, to the Service Center, to an Actual Case

Creating Cases and Updating Cases
