GoldMine Automated Processes

GoldMine Automated Processes™ allow you to set up a series of predefined actions to be performed on any group of contacts in the database, automating routine tasks such as drip marketing, response to leads from your website, or any other series of business processes.

Several of the actions, or events can be linked together to form a track.

Automated Processes have two main components: tracks and events. The events within each track are set to perform an action when triggered by a defined condition.

The Automated Processes Center is the primary work area when you are working with Automated Processes.

You can perform the following key actions when working with Automated Processes:

Creating Tracks
Creating Events
Editing Tracks
Editing Events
Attaching Tracks
Executing Tracks

Automated Process tracks attached to contacts are managed with the Tracks tab on each Contact Record.
