The new GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 from
FrontRange Solutions adds softphone support,
additional integration tools, and new input-output
features.

FrontRange Solutions, which develops sales
and service oriented customer relationship management
(CRM) software for the small-to-mid-size enterprise
and distributed enterprise markets, has unveiled
GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7. This latest
version of its sales and marketing-focused CRM
product will also serve as a module in the upcoming
FrontRange Sales, Marketing & Relationship Management
product family.
According to FrontRange, GoldMine lets organizations
to implement best practices for sales and marketing
programs, including obtaining Return on Investment
(ROI) metrics, allowing sales and marketing
professionals to view forecasted and closed
sales. The software also lets users to track
and analyze customer responses to identify effective
campaigns.
FrontRange says that GoldMine 6.7 offers an
accelerated and enhanced user experience. Enhancements
in GoldMine 6.7 include:
- Advanced Palm PDA Integration;
- Record typing enhancements;
- Query by example tools;
- Enhanced API/integration tools;
- SMS/text messaging; and
- Softphone support.
