Sample Reports


Stonefield Query comes with over 15 pre-defined sample reports for use with QuoteWerks data. To add any of these to your list of reports, choose the Import function, move into the Sample Reports\QuoteWerks subdirectory of your Stonefield Query program directory, and select the desired report.
  1. Closed Invoices: This report displays all closed invoices.

  2. Closed Orders: This report displays all closed orders.
  3. Grand Totals By Month (Sales Rep vs Date): This report provides information on the Quote Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Month.
  4. Grand Totals By Quarter (Sales Rep vs Date): This report provides information on the Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Quarter.
  5. Grand Totals by Year (Sales Rep vs Date): This report provides information on the Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Year.
  6. Lost Quotes: This report displays all lost quotes.
  7. Monthly Sales Commission: This report totals monthly sales commissions per sales rep based on Quotes closed or won.
  8. Most Ordered Items: This report shows the most ordered items.
  9. Most Quoted Items: This report shows the top quoted items.
  10. Numbers of Quotes per Sales Rep: This counts the number of quotes created by a sales rep during a month
  11. Open Invoices: This report displays all open invoices.
  12. Open Orders: This report displays all open orders.
  13. Open Quotes: This report displays all open quotes.
  14. Quotes by Sales Representative: Full description of Quotes grouped by Sales Representative, then by Company and then by Document Number.
  15. Quotes with Revisions: Shows all quotes including revisions.
  16. Total Quotes for Sales Representative: Provides information on the grand total for Quotes distributed by a specific sales representative for a specified date range.
  17. Vendors List: This report displays a list of all vendors.
