MAILBOX PLUS

The indispensible add-on for shrinking your GoldMine Mailbox.

GoldMine's e-mail functionality is immensely powerful. Using industry standard POP3 and SMTP protocols, it makes it easy to send and receive e-mails to customer, prospects and others. A major strength of this is that incoming and outgoing e-mails are stored against the customer record, giving a full picture of communications with the customer.

But this has a downside. All such e-mails are stored in the Mailbox table and, where linked to contacts, in the History table. The Mailbox table in particular can get easily filled up with junk mail, casual chat, large e-mailed attachments and similar items.

So ideally you'd like to be able to search out records meeting certain criteria and delete them. But GoldMine provides no facilities for this. So at Solica, developers of Details Plus, the world's best selling GoldMine add-on, we've developed MailBox Plus.
