Google Search on GoldMine Phone Field

The following is a screenshot of a GM+View in GoldMine. This GM+View is performing a Google search on the GoldMine phone field, although it could be setup to search google for company name, fax number, and address fields. No typing is required the view is setup to pull the Phone1 field value into the Google search and display the results if any are found.

Whats the benefit?

Have you ever had a prospect who wasn't willing to give you all their contact information, just their name and number, no email or business name? If they give you at least a phone number or a business name you can then do a google search on that info to find more information that they weren't willing to give you.
